The Role
We are hiring a Project Coordinator, AV Services who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the production of engaging weekly livestreams to deliver an exceptional viewer experience. This role also includes managing and maintaining AV equipment across all 70 church locations, collaborating with AV installers and volunteers to ensure equipment functionality and reliability.
The Project Coordinator will evaluate existing AV systems, propose improvements, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the church's audiovisual capabilities. Once approved, this individual will take the lead in implementing plans ensuring their successful execution.

Your Responsibilities
· Act as Project Coordinator for all AV related needs for new builds, renovations, and ongoing maintenance for all locations across Canada
· Provide ongoing training and support for local AV teams in the congregations to produce professional and consistent services and events in-house and broadcast
· Approximately 25% travel across Canada is required throughout the year
· Manage volunteer resources to coordinate scheduling of live and pre-recorded services and events to support the church’s communication strategy
· Produce national livestreams including all aspects of the divine service or event, including music, graphics and media in multiple time zones
· Provide technical support for time zones across Canada on days, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
· Expertise in setting up and operating complex AV systems for live and recorded events
· Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing tools
· Exceptional people skills with a customer mindset
· Natural ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively during live events
· Knowledge of network-based AV solutions and basic IT networking concepts
· Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
· Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including volunteers and contractors
· Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging livestream and AV content
· Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
· Leadership ability to train and mentor volunteers on AV best practices
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances during live events
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
· PMP or equivalent demonstrated Project Management skills
· A strong foundation in Christian values or spiritual understanding would be beneficial
*The ability to travel across Canada is a key requirement for this position.
